TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms
- The commission will be a digital file, not printed.
- I do livestream my working process, so if you don't want your commission showing on livestream, please let the artist know.
- Do not use the commission for any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
- Do not use the commission to feed AI learning.
- I might decline commission requests that I couldn't fulfill the requests.
- Extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.
- I'll start working on the commission only after the payment.
- The delivery time estimate excludes the time spent on communication.
- Mentioning and crediting me for the artwork would be appreciated.Communication

- I have the right to publish the finished product on any social media or any site at any time, unless you paid the NDA fee.
- I claim all the rights to my commissioned artwork.

Commission Process
Payment>Sketch > Coloring > Details & Polish > Animation > Additional payment(if any) > Delivery

Sketch: I'll show you 3 sketch options (If the commission has sketch options), you will pick the sketch in this process
Coloring: I'll show the rough coloring and overall shading of the painting.
Details & Polish: I'll show you the final artwork.
Animation: I'll show you a video of the finished animation.
live2d Rigging: I'll show you a video preview of the rigging to update the progress and send the model to test out once it's done.
Delivery: I'll send you the file via email or Google Drive.

Revisions
- Any excessive amount of revision requests will incur additional fees
- I'll always tell you if anything costs an extra fee.
- Make sure to cover everything you want to fix or change when you request each revision, so you don't waste the revision counts.
- Excessive revision, depending on how much work it requires, cost €15+ / $20+ each.
- Revision details depend on each type of commission.
- Corrections are free in most cases

Payment
- Receive payment in Euro, payment in USD can be agreed upon, please contact me.
- Full payment upfront only via PayPal (more payment methods are coming soon).
- Pay half now and half later can be agreed upon.
- In case you don't have a clear visual in mind, you can pay €40 / $45 to see the sketches first, then I'll estimate the rest of the cost based on the sketch you picked, and then you pay the rest before I start the next process.
- Any extra payment has to be paid before getting the finished artwork.
- Don't send any payment before I confirm the request.
- Commercial use +100% from base price.
- NDA fee +50% from base price.
- NSFW commission +100% from base price.
- Don't show the work in progress, but can show it after it finishes, can be agreed upon with no NDA fee (please contact the artist)

No Refunds

No Payment Chargeback
You're not allowed to make any payment chargeback, you will automatically lose all rights to the commissioned piece.

By placing an order for any commission, you acknowledge and accept my Terms and Services.
I will not be held accountable if you have not reviewed them.

Character Portrait

A digital painting that focuses on showcasing your character in a portrait style, with or without a simple BG.

- Full render digital painting of a character with flat color BG or no BG
  (Adding simple or abstract BG is available in the Add-on section)
- Jpeg, PNG 4134x5846 px (A4), 500dpi, the canvas size could change to your need.
- 3 sketches to pick in the sketch process
