TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms
- The commission will be a digital file not printed.
- I do livestream my working process so if you don't want your commission showing on livestream, Please let me know.
- Do not use the commission as any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
- Do not use the commission to feed AI learning.
- I might decline commission requests that I couldn't fulfill the requests.
- Extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.
- I'll start working on the commission only after the payment.
- I prefer using Discord for communication, contact me via email to get my discord.
- Mention and credit me for the artwork would be appreciated.
I will not do:
Realistic painting
Suggestive Loli
Mecha
Right / Usage
- I have the right to publish the finished product on any social media, or any site at any time.
- I claim all the rights to my commissioned artwork.
- If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me.
Personal use:
 Personal avatar, pfp, icon, header etc.
 Use as a gift (to yourself or friends)
 Printing for yourself
 Streaming Assets, V-model for your streaming, etc. ( only for an independent streamer )
Commercial use:
 Selling merchandise
 Use in monetized videos/shorts /paywall content etc.
 Streaming Assets, V-model, etc.
Do not!
x Claim the artwork as your own.
x Remove my signature from the artwork without my consent.
x Edit the artwork without my consent.
x Using my art to train AI, anything involving or related to AI

Commission Process
Sketch > Coloring > Details & Polish > Animation > Delivery

Sketch: I'll show you 3 sketch options (If the cms has sketch options), you will pick the sketch in this process
Coloring: I'll show the rough coloring and overall shading of the painting.
Details & Polish: I'll show you the final artwork.
Animation: I'll show you a sample of the finished animation.
live2d Rigging: I'll show you a video preview.
Delivery: I'll send you the file via email, or Google Drive.

Revisions
- Minor revisions in the sketch and coloring process are free.
- Major revisions in the sketch and coloring process might count as an alternate or extra option.
- Major revisions in coloring and after the coloring process will cost $15+ / 500+ THB for each revision.
- More alternate or optional sketches will cost $15+ / 500+ THB each.
- Free 4 minor revisions in the final process.
- Any revision after the final work will cost $10+ / 300+ THB for each revision.
- Animation revision will cost $15+ / 500+ THB for each revision unless it's a tiny fix.
- Revision details might depend on each type of commission
- Corrections are free in most cases

- I'll always tell you if anything will cost extra.
- Make sure to cover everything you want to fix or change when you request each revision, so you don't waste the revision counts.

Payment
- Full payment upfront via Kofi (Stripe) and Tipme (Thai banking transfer).
- Pay half now and half later can be agreed upon.
- Any extra payment has to be paid before getting the finished artwork.
- Don't send any payment before I confirm the request.

No Refunds

- You're not allowed to make any payment chargeback, you will automatically lose all rights to the commissioned piece.

Full digital painting

Include
- Full render digital painting of 1 character with flat color BG or no BG
  (Adding BG or extra character will have an extra cost)
- Jpeg or PNG resolution 4134x5846 px (A4), 500dpi ,the canvas size could change to your need.
- 3 sketches to pick in the sketch process
- Personal use, check out T.O.S. *(Commercial use the price will be x2)
- Revision, please check out in T.O.S..NOTE: This price does not include character design and it's the base price so it could cost more.

This will take 5-14 days after the sketch process to finish

- The Drawing of the character itself
- GIF animation for 1 character with transparent BG
- GIF resolution 1500x1500 px MAX
  (if it's too heavy to upload on Fugitech I'll have to size it down, however you still get the original size .GIF)
- Idle and Talk loop animation
- 3 sketches to pick in the sketch process
- Personal use with exceptions, check out T.O.S. *(Commercial use the price will be x2)
- Revision, please check out in T.O.S.NOTE: This price does not include character design and it's the base price so it could cost more.

- Complex characters or added props will have an extra charge.
NOTE: This is a simple rigging, it doesn't have extra rigging for VbridgerBase Price (USD/THB)
